At Hamra Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our client services team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original presentation box and include all certificates, appraisals, and documentation that accompanied your order.

• 3.
  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all returns must be fully insured for your protection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
